Welcome to our homepage.

Test, I tried your plugin.  This is a highly needed plugin for Elgg. WOW  I have some issues though and hope you can help.  I am using the latest SVN installation, as of November 28th, 2008.

#1, Upload of 4 photos went fine.  However, initially, I didn't realize that they were uploading and I almost hit the submit button again.  I think there needs to be an intermediary page, in between the upload form and the page where you fill out the descriptions and tags, a page that says that they system is loading the photos and hopefully a progress bar.

#2, I tried to post a comment to a photo and it didn't work.

#3, I was not impressed at all with the formatting of the photo icons in the album.  They are all sorted in a straight vertical line.  Not very pretty.  Also, even Elgg 0.8/0.9 had a nice lightbox that you could click on the photo and hit the next or previous button to go forwards and backwards.  Can't we get something nicer for viewing?  And then maybe something that would enable the comments.

Lastly, have you heard of RSGallery2?  It is a really robust photo album software that integrates nicely with Joomla and Community Builder.  Perhaps you could either A) take that and get it to work with Elgg, or B) use the coding ideas/design for an Elgg plugin?  It's just a suggestion.  We need something robust and nice that works great.

I want to like PyroCMS.  But right now it's just so ugly and un-intuitive that I can't imagine using it on a production website...
