Problem creating streams from Streams Module

I Installed Streams module but even if namespace is already added the message still appears "To get started create your first namespace! Save". Slug is already in db: http://take.ms/TiAfl

Try creating one that does not yet exist?

Create is successful but that doesn't work. it again redirects back to same form to create new namespace. http://take.ms/fQUvS

oh! wait
I think there is more work to do on this module:
- Table is not created while adding streams http://take.ms/vfPPx it may be because of error while creating stream: http://take.ms/rkBJi
- delete streams is not working: http://take.ms/1DbTW
- FIelds list doesn't appears while assigning them to streams although fields are added.
- checking all functions throughly would be great

Try Deleting those the previous error was probably preventing table creation

There was issue on AssignmentsController also. I have fixed and sent a pull request. https://github.com/anomalylabs/streams-module/pull/6
