Cyclophosphamide is a synthetic antineoplastic drug used in chemotherapy for malignant lymphomas, multiple myeloma, leukemias, adenocarcinoma of the ovary, carcinoma of the breast, small cell lung cancer, neuroblastoma, and sarcoma. It comes in the form of injection in standard strength of 500 mg/2.5 mL. The active ingredient in Cyclophosphamide 500 mg is cyclophosphamide monohydrate, and the inactive ingredients are Ethanol, Propylene Glycol, Polyethylene glycol 400, and Monothioglycerol. Healthcare professionals also use it as an immune suppressor.
