It is used in the prevention of any failure in kidney transplants. Sirolimus tablets are to be administered orally once in a day, consistently either with or without meal/food. Common side effects of Sirolimus may include hypertriglyceridemia, peripheral edema, fever, hypertension, and hypercholesterolemia.
