Lenalidomide Tablets: A Chemotherapy Drug
Created 4 weeks ago by marykudro

Lenalidomide tablets aimed to treat anemia and multiple myeloma (cancer resulting from a progressive blood disease). The lenalidomide tablet is used in patients with myelodysplastic syndrome due to an abnormal chromosome. This disorder is also named deletion 5q MDS, because part of chromosome 5 is missing. In recipients with this disorder, the bone marrow usually is not able to form sufficient healthy blood cells. Swallow the lenalidomide capsules whole, through water, one time a day. The pills of lenalidomide may be taken with or without food. Do not open the lenalidomide capsules. If you miss a dose of lenalidomide and it has been less than 12 hours since the regular time, take it promptly.
