Sirolimus 2 mg is a prescription agent aimed for treating signs/symptoms of Prophylaxis of Renal Transplant Rejection. It is also used for Lymphangioleiomyomatosis. The sirolimus 2 mg may be used alone or along with other medications. Sirolimus falls under a class of medicines known as Immunosuppressants. It is unspecified if sirolimus 2 mg is safe as well as effective in children aged younger than 13 years. Sirolimus is to be administered orally once a day, consistently either with or without food. Tablets should not be crushed, chewed, or split. Those patients who are not able to take the pills should be prescribed the solution and instructed in its use.
