How to Create Multi Language Variable ?

i want to create multi lang variable for use in footer and header and etc ...

i see addon/en and i dont know how it to work and i think this not for this problem

When you create the variable group be sure to mark it translatable. Then when you assign the fields also mark the assignments translatable.
