How to create menu navigation on homepage?

I am a user from Thailand and recently I accidentally removed a group of menu navigation from "Structure" of CMS and found out that menu navigation and footer were disappeared from every pages on my site (www.nissan-nft.com). I tried to create a new group of menu navigation but it did not show up on any page.

So, can anyone help to give me advice/instructions on how to get it back on?
