How would I go about finding Pyro CMS specialists in the UK? to help with design and development of a site.

Your best bet would most likely be asking in the slack. Use the #jobs channel.

Your most likely best not limiting yourself to just UK though, What is your reasoning for that?

Reason?.... simple, we're in the UK! We like to meet the people we work with face-to-face.
