Login on 403 Approach

When I share links with people who I give read only access to these posts their login flow always confuses them. First they have to visit /admin instead of the post link to avoid getting a 403. Then after putting in their valid details they get a 403 (Because they don't have admin panel access), then they have to click the actual posts link after that 403 to see the post.
Is there a way I can send them a link to the unpublished post, they see a login box, then they see the post?
Ah yes NOW I remember - we did add a permission for this - in order to make it public though you can add it to your guest role. That would allow public access.
Hmm.. the preview links should be public. Sounds like a bugksy.
