Getting issue with php artisan serve

Hi, I am getting the issue after "php artisan serve" If I set Installed = true in the .env file I am getting below issue " Class 'Anomaly\Streams\Platform\Model\Pages\PagesBlockPagesEntryModel' not found " And if I set installed = false in the .env file and I am getting "There was an error. Please check your error logs." while installing the modules. I get this project from another developer and I am trying to run this project. I tried to download new PyroCMS project and I success on running the project using "php artisan serve" Please help me on this problem.
